Last Friday Programs:  During the summer we have great hamburger fries on the last Friday of each month.  Come join us!

We also have "First Friday" historic lectures the rest of the year in conjunction with the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center & Museum at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted.  These programs are sponsored by the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center & Museum and our museum, and are made possible through the Arizona Humanities Council.

August 18, 2012--Globe Elks Club--First annual calendar fund-raiser.  Cocktails at 5, dinner at 6:30, admission $15 at door
August 31--Gila County Museum--Hamburger fry.  Begin at 5:30, music by Paul Machula
September 1--Backhoe Rodeo at 202 Hwy 60.  More info to come
September 7--First Friday Program, Bullion Plaza Museum--Dik Mikel presenting program on Geronimo
September 8--Center for the Arts--Second Saturday's annual Dessert Social & Contest
September 14, 15 & 21,22--Cobre Valley Community Players--"Is He Dead?" by Mark Twain, in the Center for the Arts
September 15--Miami Fiesta in Bullion Plaza Park.  Music, dancers, performers, Chihuahua races and much more
September 20-23--Gila County Fair, 9 to 5 daily at Gila County fairgrounds.  All American Beef Cookoff Sept 20, at 6:30 P.M.  Demolition Derby at 6;30 P.M. Sat. night

September 28--Gila County Museum--Hamburger fry.  Begin at 5:30, entertainment by the Centennial Band
September 24--Globe High School Gym--High School Hall of Fame at 6:00, $25 for dinner
September 29--Center for the Arts--Governor's Centennial Ball--AZ black tie. $35 donation--unveiling of remodeling, etc.

October 27--Annual Ghosts of Globe & Cemetery Tour--leaving from the Center for the Arts
October 31--Annual Downtown Trick or Treat--many downtown business open & handing out treats to children
                     accompanied by their parents
